If you are making an effort in one way or another to put your health as a priority in your life, you are accomplishing something that many people fail to do.     Yes and yes! I know my progress is going super slow but when I compare myself now to where I was 3 years ago, I am better. I have so much more knowledge about how food can be healing. I just need to get off my fat arse and start applying that knowledge instead of continuing to make excuses. Thanks for the daily motivation.
