So what’s the point of this blog?

I want to empower people, help them show their strength, and inspire them to take their health into their own hands. I want to help you be better than you used to be. Listen to your mind and body. Heal and repair. Do what feels right to you, what makes you happy. Don’t compare yourself to others, but compare yourself to your past and take every chance you get to make you even better.

    Nice looking Blog, and good on you for doing your protein research! Just watch those hidden added sugars in the shakes, and make sure you can tolerate the possible bloating and inflammatory effects of Casein.
