Circuit Sunday #1

New Mini Series!

Thinking of starting a little series for you all called Circuit Sunday! Each week I will post a new high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. This type of training is proven to help burn more fat than steady state cardio.  If you’re tired of the same old workout at the gym, get your heart racing and try this week’s circuit sunday to lose fat and build muscle!

Post in the comments how you progress each week from Monday to Saturday. Maybe you sprint longer, maybe you can finish your burpees faster – whatever it is, share your accomplishments in the comments! If enough people join in I will start a little competition with some fun prizes to those who progress the most. Remember to come back next Sunday to switch it up with a new routine!

Incline Treadmill: 10 minutes

Burpee: 15 reps

Sprint: 30-60 secs
