Chicky-Chicks & Kale 

 Not sure if this counts as a recipe or what BUT! I found this in the frozen section at Trader Joes and it’s quite the macro find for those who love international cuisine!

It has a spicy-west-african-peanut stew taste! I’ve been craving beans lately so this was delicious and packed in 7g of fiber!

It’s vegetarian (not vegan because there’s milk in the ingredient list- sorry!) but if you’re like me, you’ll be adding chicken to this anyways…

I threw the container in the microwave for 4 mins and while it was cooking I cooked up some chicken breast I had defrosting in the fridge. Then I mixed the two together in the pan and voila! Healthy meal in 5 mins!
